Three Sisters Kitchen

Three Sisters Kitchen offers rentable commercial kitchen space, a cafe and foods shop and a food industry training program that runs for 15 weeks twice a year.  It is located on Gold Avenue in the heart of Downtown Albuquerque.

The Community Pantry

The Community Pantry in Gallup was established to fulfill the need for healthy food and nutrition initiatives in northwestern New Mexico.  The facilities include a full-service kitchen available for cooking classes or food preparation.  The kitchen can be rented for $15/hour, Monday through Friday.

Ribera Community Center

Located in the Old Ribera School, the Center hosts community classes and events, and includes a commercial kitchen.

The South Valley Economic Development Center (SVEDC) serves as a business and kitchen incubator, community facility, and coworking space (The Sandbox). The 17,000 square foot center offers flexible leases and rentals on office space, conference rooms, and facility use.
